The Homestead

Built in the early 1900s, this historic home in 2005 needed updating and expanding that did not detract from the integrity of the original home. The homeowners wanted to add roughly 2,500 square feet while maintaining the feel of the original structure. Classique Development and Construction did this by maintaining the natural roof line while expanding the space, installing the finest tile, stone, hardwood and beam finishes throughout. We also completely remodeled the kitchen and added a wet bar among other high-end features.
