We have recently embarked upon an ambitious commercial project - construction of 64 multi-family housing units paired with roughly 20,000-sq. ft. of commercial space, a design that benefits both residents and merchants. Situated north of Durango across from Trimble Hot Springs, this mixed-use project will feature residences adjacent to dynamic retail establishments, including boutiques, coffee shops, gas station and the other necessities of daily life. For this complex project, Classique Development and Construction has addressed myriad issues, from developing the master plan to working with the county to create required infrastructure, including water, sewage and drainage systems, and traffic migration controls.
